Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders Signs Order Banning Critical Race Theory in Schools

This could also be a “Good News Post” suggested read! Sarah Huckabee Sanders, conservative and Christian, is the new governor of Arkansas. On her first day in office, the Governor took the offensive in the culture war by banning the teaching of the flawed Marxist, Critical Race Theory. Pray for Sarah Huckabee Sanders as she takes a stand in the war on children.

The Daily Caller reported that Huckabee Sanders, daughter of former Republican Gov. Mike Huckabee and former Press Secretary for President Donald Trump, issued the order against CRT, a divisive academic doctrine that holds race is a “socially constructed (culturally invented) category that is used to oppress and exploit people of color,” and that “racism is inherent in the law and legal institutions of the United States insofar as they function to create and maintain social, economic, and political inequalities between whites and nonwhites, especially African Americans.”

Minnesota to Ban Christians from Teaching in Public Schools

On the other side of the war on children, the Soviet Socialist State of Minnesota is about to make it impossible for a Christian to teach in public schools.

I’ve spent a lot of time in Minnesota and have many friends who live it that naturally beautiful state. I’ve often wondered why Minnesota so often takes the lead on the progressive side of the culture war. It might be the cold air. But I lived in North Dakota for five years and maintained my conservative credentials. And North Dakota continues to be politically sane compared to their neighbor in the east.

Minnesota will soon ban faithful Christians, Muslims, and Jews from teaching in public schools by requiring that every state-certified teacher “fosters an environment that ensures student identities such as … gender identity … are … affirmed.” Once the new requirements clear a final procedural hurdle, they will be immediately challenged in state and possibly federal court, a civil liberties lawyer told The Federalist on Tuesday.

Catholic Hospital Must Perform Gender Transition Surgeries, May Not Claim Religious Exemption, Judge Rules.

This is scary. At least one judge will not allow a Catholic hospital to follow the dictates of the faith in refusing to provide gender transition surgeries to gender confused people. If upheld, abortion and euthanasia will soon be required of Christian hospitals. Much in the culture war is at stake here.

St. Joseph Medical Center in Baltimore violated Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (the anti-discrimination provision of Obamacare) by refusing to perform a gender transition surgery in 2020, ruled a federal judge in the District Court of Maryland on Friday.

Judge Deborah Chasanow reasoned in Hammons v. UMMS that the Catholic hospital system discriminated against a transgender-identifying woman by cancelling a surgery to remove her uterus once they learned that it was for gender dysphoria. “Defendants necessarily and intentionally relied on sex in creating and enforcing a policy that prohibits treatment if a patient’s medical need for that treatment is an incongruence between the patient’s gender identity and sex assigned at birth,” said the Clinton-appointed judge.

Can They Really Make Prayer Illegal?

In England a woman was arrested for praying outside an abortion mill. She spoke no words. She did not approach anyone. When the police officer asked her what she was doing, she honestly stated she was praying. Then, off to the slammer!

Just before Christmas, a pro-life volunteer and leader of the U.K.’s March for Life was arrested and charged with four counts of praying silently on a public street near a closed abortion facility in the U.K. At least five areas in the U.K. have implemented measures that prevent any person from approving or disapproving of abortion—including through silent prayer—within a censorship zone, and Parliament may soon consider a national ban on expressing opinions near an abortion facility. These measures are a violation of the most basic rights to freedom of speech and thought.

In Birmingham, local authorities label her actions a crime. In early December, Isabel was arrested for violating the prohibition on prayer. After an onlooker reported her, she was arrested and taken to a police station, where she was interrogated, facing questions about the thoughts and prayers that had been going through her mind.

It’s bad enough that the Biden administration is doing everything in its power to promote the sinful LGBTQ agenda in the U.S. Now our tax dollars are being used to promote sin worldwide!

I just must wonder what God thinks of our nation.

The United States government is spending up to $1.5 million on a grant program which seeks to fund LGBT organizations across the globe.
