This week I will begin by recommending some reading about positive wins in the culture War.

Massachusetts Supreme Court Rules Unborn Babies Are Persons

An important court decision acknowledging that unborn babies are persons.

Yesterday, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled against defendant Peter Ronchi, who had appealed his two first-degree murder convictions for the violent stabbing death of his girlfriend and her unborn child. The Court rejected the defendant’s claim that his conviction for the murder of the unborn child was an error because he had not stabbed the baby. The SJC observed, “By ending the mother’s life, he destroyed the viable fetus through cessation of maternal blood flow.”

Virginia House Passes Bill Prohibiting Teachers From Hiding Students’ Gender Identity From Parents

This is a victory against the transgender agenda supported by the Biden administration.

The Virginia House on Tuesday passed legislation that would require teachers to inform parents if their child is identifying as a gender that doesn’t align with their sex.

South Dakota Law Protects Minors from Transgender

Five states have taken action to stop this abuse of children and more will soon do the same. While the Biden administration pushes so-called “gender-affirming care” we have more rational leadership in many states.

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed House Bill 1080 on Monday to protect minors from transgender medical procedures. The “Help Not Harm” bill prohibits physicians from prescribing hormone treatments or performing transgender surgeries on children younger than 18. Healthcare providers who violate the new law risk both civil lawsuits and the loss of their licenses. The bill goes into effect on July 1.

How many states are considering this type of bill? More than 20 state legislatures have proposed similar bills, including Tennessee, West Virginia, and Nebraska. South Dakota joins Utah, Arkansas, Arizona, and Alabama as the first states to pass this type of legislation.

3 Signs the FBI Might Label You a ‘Radical Traditionalist’ Christian

The Biden FBI recently went after traditional Roman Catholics, calling them a radical threat to our nation. What B.S.

As a conservative Missouri Synod Christian, I and most of my church family meet their criteria.

Is religious persecution coming to America? Pray not.

Read the article to see if you qualify.

Intelligence analysts and the chief counsel for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Richmond, Virginia field office are concerned “radical-traditionalist Catholics” are a threat to our democracy and could be ripe for recruitment by white supremacists.

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.

14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16 In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; 17 and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18 praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, 19 and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak. (Ephesians 6:10–20 ESV)
