Democrat Bill Will Overturn Every Pro-Life Law Nationwide and Impose Abortion Up to Birth on America

The Culture of Death is flourishing in the Democrat (The Party of Death) Controlled Congress.

The Senate is now ready to vote on the misnamed Women’s Health Protection Act (H.R. 3755) this coming Monday. The House of Representatives passed this bill in September 2021. If passed and signed by pro-abortion President Biden, there will be no limitations, none, at any stage in pregnancy!

The sweep of H.R. 3755 is truly breathtaking. Not only would H.R. 3755 invalidate nearly all existing state limitations on abortion, it would also prohibit states from adopting new limitations in the future!  If that weren’t radical enough, the bill would invalidate various types of laws already specifically upheld as constitutionally permissible by the U.S. Supreme Court.

H.R. 3755 would invalidate most previously enacted federal limits on abortion, including federal conscience protection laws and most, if not all, limits on government funding of abortion. As National Right to Life has written, among the protective laws that the bill would nullify.

  • Requirements to provide women seeking abortion with specific information on their unborn child and on alternatives to abortion.
  • Laws providing reflection periods (waiting periods).
  • Laws allowing medical professionals to opt-out of providing abortions.
  • Laws limiting the performance of abortions to licensed physicians.
  • Bans on elective abortion after 20 weeks when an unborn child can feel pain.
  • Bans on the use of abortion as a method of sex selection. Anti-sex selection laws generally have broad public support in the states in which they are enacted, including support from substantial majorities of women.

If H.R. 3755 were to become law, the “Women’s Health Protection Act” would have a devastating impact not only on all current but also on future pro-life legislation.

Women’s Health Protection Act Would Harm, Not Help, Minority Communities

Here are more disturbing facts about the effects of H.R. 3755.

The U.S. House of Representatives last fall passed the Women’s Health Protection Act, a bill that “prohibits governmental restrictions on the provision of, and access to, abortion services.”

Specifically, the bill provides that “governments may not limit a provider’s ability to prescribe certain drugs, offer abortion services via telemedicine, or immediately provide abortion services when the provider determines a delay risks the patient’s health.”

This is simply not true. In the United States, 38% of abortions are obtained by black women versus 33% by white women. (Hispanic mothers make up 21% of those who obtain abortions, while indigenous and other peoples make up 7%.)

On top of that, this means black babies are some of those most harmed by abortion—and minority populations most reduced by it—an intent some abortion activists have had from the start.

“My Body, My Choice” is a False Slogan Because an Unborn Baby Is Not a Woman’s Body – LifeNews.com

This post gives an excellent example of a typical false argument made by pro-abortion advocates. It doesn’t take a great deal of thought to understand why this is a failed argument. But the culture of death continues to use it.

An unborn baby comes into existence inside its mother’s womb through no fault of its own and, most often, as a result of a choice made by the mother and father. From the moment of conception, the unborn child is a unique and irreplaceable living human being with his/her own separate DNA. This child is not a perpetrator but a dependent, an innocent who is wholly relying on their mother to survive before birth and both parents afterward. What’s more, parents have a responsibility to care for their children, and that responsibility begins when the child’s life does.

For the pro-abortion movement, it appears that “my body, my choice” is not really about supporting bodily autonomy for all. It’s about the fictitious “right” to kill an unborn child for any convenient reason.

Study Confirms When Assisted Suicide Is Legalized, More People Commit Suicide

Advocates of assisted suicide like to pretend that legalizing assisted suicide reduces the overall number of suicides. That logic seems to be flawed from the beginning and now a detailed study shows how wrong they are.

Legalizing euthanasia and/or assisted suicide does not lessen the rate of other suicides and may directly corelate to an increase in other suicides.

Planned Parenthood Kills More Black People Than Anyone Else

No matter what Planned Parenthood claims, their primary business is the killing of unborn children.

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger was an eugenicist advocating the eradication of black human beings. One only needs to read her book, The Pivot of Civilization, to know this.

Thus, it should be no surprise that many Planned Parenthood facilities are in or near urban black neighborhoods.

Planned Parenthood doesn’t seem to believe black lives matter, nor do the lives of any unborn children.

But don’t worry. Planned Parenthood has declared itself an “anti-racist” organization (here, here and here). Well, that shows what a fraud the so-called anti-racism movement is. If you’re killing millions of members of a marginalized group, you should clearly be in the oppressor category.

Abortion is the number one killer in the black community. It outnumbers the top twenty causes of death, combined! Abortions kill 110.5 times more black lives than HIV, 33 times more than homicides, 4.7 times more than cancer, and 3 times more than heart disease. At 327,647 aborted black lives in just one year, it is the only negative health disparity that is celebrated by the Left.

How Highly Inaccurate Prenatal Tests Benefit Planned Parenthood

Even the liberal, pro-abortion New York Times couldn’t ignore a well-documented study showing that prenatal tests are more likely to be wrong than right, resulting in the deaths of healthy unborn children.

Of course, this doesn’t bother Planned Parenthood. Why should it? They are all about doing abortions, so who cares if the tests are accurate?

Planned Parenthood’s website inconspicuously recommends that mothers discuss prenatal testing with their doctors in order “to make sure you’re healthy and that your fetus is developing normally.” Of course, the abortion giant stands to gain from convincing mothers to receive prenatal testing that will incorrectly tell many that their child will be born with painful or life-threatening conditions.

The eugenic and ableist mindset peddled by the abortion industry manipulates parents into believing it would be more merciful to end their children’s lives rather than subject them to an unknown amount of suffering caused by a genetic disorder. This creates a demand for the tests. Thus, the genetic testing industry and abortion industry both stand to profit from the other’s existence.

Leftists and So-Called Christian Leaders Embrace Abortion as ‘Sacred’

The Bible is unabashedly pro-life, and the Bible is the foundational text of Christianity. Yet many who consider themselves to be Christian support abortion on demand. Some even go to the extreme of claiming that the killing of an unborn child is a sacred and holy thing to do. There is a deep theological word to categorize this kind of thinking, BALONEY!

In a Feb. 5 article in The Washington Post, Rev. Kaeley McEvoy at Westmoreland Congregational United Church of Christ in Bethesda, Md., discussed her thinking on abortion. When she and her boyfriend got pregnant together, the very first place they went was a cathedral to pray — but not for grace to persevere through an unplanned pregnancy. No, McEvoy actually called a doctor’s office while inside the place of worship to schedule an abortion. When other visitors to the cathedral tried to enter a small chapel where McEvoy was on the phone, the boyfriend turned them away, declaring: “Something holy is happening here.”

Among the pro-abortion crowd, abortion is increasingly no longer described as a necessary evil, but holy. The Post suggested McEvoy views it as a “social and theological good.” In a November sermon, McEvoy told her congregation that she “never felt more known and heard and loved by God than when I entered the doors of a Planned Parenthood.” At a January event addressing a group of abortion access activists meeting in a D.C. church, she reiterated: “Something holy is happening here, friends.”

McEvoy is not alone among clerics in this sentiment about abortion. Presbyterian minister Rebecca Todd Peters in an October USA Today op-ed wrote: “I did not make my abortion decisions despite my Christian identity and faith, but rather because of it.” Rabbi Rachael Pass in a September article claimed her abortion during rabbinical school was a “blessing” and a “sacred choice.” Everything about her experience, Pass observed, from “the timing of the accidental conception to the decision and procedure itself was brimming with my Jewish practice, learning and living.”

Catholics for Choice Just Another Left-Wing Front for Abortion Activism

I am not a Roman Catholic and, as a conservative Lutheran, have many theological differences with the Roman church. However, I praise and respect Catholicism’s unrelenting stand for the unborn.

Unfortunately, even some who call themselves Catholic are really apostate pro-abortion hacks. Beware!

CFC masquerades as a religious group that cares about the health and well-being of women, but the organization is just another front for left-wingers that want to fund activism that encourages killing babies in the womb.

America Must Leave the Dirty Half Dozen Most Pro-Abortion Countries

It is a sad fact that the United States is among the world’s most evil countries when it comes to abortion.

It might come as a surprise to many Americans that most countries around the globe issue at least some protections for life in the womb. Ninety-nine nations either completely outlaw abortion or only allow it when the life of the mother is at risk or in cases of rape, incest, or fetal abnormality. Thirty other countries have “soft” protections for the unborn — mandating that a woman claim social or emotional hardship or mental health difficulties in order to abort her child legally.

And then, there is the dirty half-dozen — the six nations around the world where an abortionist can kill a child in the womb at any point during a woman’s pregnancy for any reason. Tragically, the United States is on this list.

The United States, Canada, and South Korea’s abortion laws are on par with those of human rights violators North Korea, China, and Vietnam. This is to our shame, as the United States fails to protect her youngest, most vulnerable citizens — babies in the womb. In Nellie’s words, “This is the land of the free, the place to come for advancement… How is it that a country built on this would kill babies?”

The Left Has a Pedophilia Problem, and It’s Out in the Open

To me, perverted adults, sexual predators of children, pedophiles, are among those who belong in either Dante’s second circle of Hell (lust) or the seventh circle (violence), perhaps both.

And the Left is open to seeing such perverse behavior as normal. It makes me want to puke!

This interest in children is not purely ideological, however. With increasing frequency, the obvious has become undeniable. Those who have a creepy obsession with involving children in their sexual tastes, and use any avenue at their disposal to do so, either have a direct sexual interest in children or want to run cover for those who do. The left has a pedophilia problem, and it’s only getting worse.

Associate professor at Yale University Joe Fischel echoed this sentiment in his article “Keep Pride Nude” where he asks “What is the presumptive harm if a child …. sees an adult’s butt cheeks, or even an adult’s genitals or breasts?” Fischel then goes on to advocate for children to be exposed to a whole host of other perversions and speaks the language of groomers, which I detail in a previous article. He even tries to justify his perversity when he says “children might like it.”

Left-wing openness about targeting children have become even bolder recently, with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus performing a song with the lyrics “You think that we’ll corrupt your kids if our agenda goes unchecked. Fine, just this once you’re correct” before following up with “We’ll convert your children, happens bit by bit, quietly and subtly and you will barely notice it.”

Concluding Thoughts

The Roe v. Wade decision of 1973 ushered in the Culture of Death.

Abortion became legal, and we have murdered 63 million babies in the womb, and some immediately after leaving that protected space.

Assisted suicide is now legal in 10 states and The District of Columbia, and other nations are euthanizing those considered “not worthy of life.” The U.S. is not far behind.

What can you do to fight the culture of death?

  • Financially support pro-life organizations
  • Support and vote for pro-life politicians
  • Keep informed about attacks on the unborn, the elderly, and the incapacitated
  • Learn how to state and defend your pro-life views. And let people know where you stand
  • Share this post with others who need to know about the very real culture of death
  • Pray for those fighting against the culture of death

Finally, read, meditate upon, and act according to this from God’s Word:

11 Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. 12 If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done? (Proverbs 24:11–12 ESV)

May God bless and strengthen you to stand firm to support life from conception to natural death.
